Fire Ken Edwards Principal of Mountain Empire High School and Stop the UNLAWFUL Expulsion of Angel C

Ken Edwards is a bully and a tyrant! It has come to my attention that my son is NOT the only target of Mr. Edwards UNLAWFUL discrimination, harrassment and VISCIOUS attacks. I have been informed that Mr. Edwards has made threats and harrassing comments to several staff members, students and parents of students at Mountain Empire High School. This is UNLAWFUL, and by no means tollerable!
I strongly urge that the staff member of Mountain Empire High School, students and parents of students sign this petition to STOP the UNLAWFUL expulsion of my son Angel Chauteco Jr., and have Mr. Ken Edwards employment as principal of Moutian Empire High School TERMINATED! If you or someone you know has been harrassed, intimidated, threatened or bullied in any way by Mr. Ken Edwards, make your voice heard NOW and sign this petition NOW!
On Monday, March 11, 2013, at approximately 3:50 p.m. I received a phone call from Mr. Ken Edwards. He sounded very irate and was yelling at me. He blatently accused my son of acts of terroism, and UNLAWFULLY suspended him from school threatening to have him expelled and blocked from graduation. It also became known to me on that date that my son was a target of sexual harrassment and discrimination in a conversation that Mr. Edwards had with another staff member of the high school. Also, my son and my entire family were targets of UNLAWFUL discrimination due to mental disabilty.
I strongly believe that not only are my children, but the counteless other children who attend Mountain Empire High School are in a volitile and unsafe learning evironment as long as Mr. Ken Edwards remains principal of the high school.

My son is NOT a terrorist. He has NEVER made any legitimate threats on anyone's life whatsoever, nor has he made any harassing, intimidating or threatening comments to any teacher or staff members. I beseech you to carefully consider the seriousness of the allegations that have been made against my son, and how your decision will affect his career in the United States Armed Forces, and how this decision will affect the rest of his life. You know my son. You know his character. Please, take that into consideration when making your decision. He has been an asset to your school district and to this community since he was in the sixth grade. He has NEVER exhibited any serious behavioral issues. And he has NEVER been viewed as a threat to ANYONE other than Mr. Ken Edwards in his entire life! I implore you, Mr. Van Zant, do not deny my son the ability to graduate from high school. Do not deny my son the honor and privilege to serve his country in the Armed Forces.

In regards to Mr. Ken Edwards, I strongly believe that not only are my children, but the countless other children who attend Mountain Empire High School are in a volatile and unsafe learning environment as long as Mr. Ken Edwards remains principal of the high school. I strongly urge you to reconsider his employment at the high school as it affects not only student learning, but the safety and wellbeing of students and their families. His vicious attacks have not only created undue anxiety and stress for my family, but many others. As long as Mr. Ken Edwards remains principal of Mt. Empire High School, staff, students, and their families are at risk for decreased learning and lower grades, undue stress, anxiety and depression. Once again, Mr. Van Zant, I beseech you, reconsider the employment of Mr. Ken Edwards. The future of Mt. Empire High School, its staff, students and student’s families depends on it!
