New management took over and changed lots of rules .over charged tennants.made paying rent so difficult by refusing to accept cash.checks.or moneyorders.required tennants to open an account online.evicted over half of tennants who were unable to open account online within the timeframe.got rid of onsitenmanager before even replacing with new one.etc
