Petition to construct a footpath on Streets entering Sterling Apartments. Day and Carnarvon Street.

Residents entering Sterling apartments have to walk on the street when it is dark and wet as there is currently no foot paths in the street. This is unsafe and dangerous as pedestrian and motor vehicles have to share the road.
