Stop smoking while pregnant or around children under the age of 18

Asking for ANYONE..... today I was coming out of the lovely Walmart and saw a father carrying his daughter around the age of 3, on his shoulders while smoking a cigarette... there is in fact a law that states that you cannot smoke in a vehicle with someone under the age of 18, but there is no law against what I have seen today which ASTOUNDS me.
I am making this petition to make a new law that states that no one can smoke while pregnant or even light up a cigarette around someone under 18 ESPECIALLY an innocent little girl whose lungs are not even fully developed yet and are being ruined!!!..... Also, no smoking while a woman is

Now I understand it will still happen whether we like it or not.... but i would like to at least decrease the chances of it happening.. Please and Thank you!
