Add Etika to Smash in Memorium

With all the support Etika has given to Nintendo over the years, Fanboying whenever a new game would come out by the popular publisher, it was slightly surprising to see that Nintendo hasn't done anything or mentioned Etika after his tragic passing. In memory and honor of Etika, it would be quite fitting if he was made into a character in one of his favorite games. Super Smash Bros.
