Stop Kayla Holbert and Brian Chenoweth from getting free animals or buying and reselling repeatedly

Kayla and Brian have been known to have several animals of the same species. They keep them in small cages in a CLOSET in their room. They breed and sell all kinds of animals and rehome them after making money. They are known for commenting on many pet sites stating they can "take in the animal for free if needed"
They got free animals and bought a few at a low price making a face to face agreement to let the original owner know where the animals were at all times and if they were okay, and now they have "rehomed" them and will not give up a location. Please sign this if you think they should not be sold or given any more animals.
