Stop Killing Innocent Dogs around the country

These are lives who can't speak and no one gives right to human to take away their beautiful lives. This is so inhumane, immediate stop to trapping & later killing the puppies. Allocate funds to assist them having a good life as us humans. Don't take away lives!!
