Safety in our schools.

I can't help but worry about my daughter going back to school as the new school year gets closer and I know my fear is widespread with parents everywhere .I just keep wondering when they will start working on getting metal detectors in all schools .It would feel much safer to know that a person cannot even get through the school to harm anyone .To stop it before it begins.If metal detectors will not work for one reason or the other .It would be nice if the officials in charge of this matter would let us know that they are working on the problem before the school year starts it would greatly ease our worries and help our children feel safe to going back to the one place we always thought they would be safe.Please Just keep working on it and let us parents know our children who are our hearts and soles will be safe.There has to be a solution.
