Demand an end to the 24 pay process

The issue we have is with the new process put into the payroll system. It is effecting a very high percentage of city workers. People are falling behind on bills and are experiencing financial problems that they haven't experienced before, i.E (those who had payments automatically drawn out from there accounts to pay bills every other Friday are now missing payments because of the new payroll process put in by this administration). I would like to have the contract amended and this new payroll process to be put back on the floor to be voted on again so that we can get this payroll process to 26 pay periods in which the pay check dates are on every other Friday
