Demand a secondary language to be taught in elementary schools

In the United States not enough schools are offering, let alone requiring, foreign language classes to students. My goal is to enforce foreign language classes to be installed starting in elementary schools. This petition is to fight for foreign language classes to be available, to stop discriminating against and refusing to allow students with low GPA's to learn a second language, and to fight for a linguistically globalized Indiana.
