People's rights with guns

For the past years people have been aloud to have guns for protection but recently people have been abusing their rights with guns such as the Parkland school shooting. I believe that it would be safer if civilians could have small handguns while police forces and the military have bigger two handed guns. This petition is for the better of our world and so it can become safe again.
