Add a Crosswalk from the top of Parade Hill Lane Across Oenoke Ridge

We need as many signatures as possible for the town to consider a crosswalk across the top of Parade Hill Lane to the opposite side of Oenoke Ridge. With many adults and children on Parade Hill Lane walking to town and from the bus, we believe this will greatly improve the quality and safety of all of our lives.
