Fire and bring all officers involved up on charges for forcing man to cut off his dog's head!!!

Apparently, a dog had bitten a neighbor in Crawford County, Georgia. Police arrived on the scene, and supposedly, the dog lunged at the officer, who shot it dead. When the dog's owner came home, the officer demanded that the owner cut his dog's head off, or else he would go to jail for "disorderly conduct". This is the United States of America, last time I checked. I have never heard of such a ridiculous demand by an officer. It is quite unbelievable.

Not only should any officer involved be fired, but they should also be brought up on criminal charges. Anything less would be unacceptable!
