Removal of Chief Building Inspector Karey Morrow

This chief inspector has bullied and harassed home owners and investors in Muskegon Heights inflicting financial and psychological harm to its residence. The inspector uses intimidation and selectively advantages people whom he personally knows while forcing others to arbitrarily do things that do not directly reflect current codes or ordinances. He arbitrarily fines and blocks work being done and does not readily work with people to come into compliance. He purposely blocks progress and is not a strong advocate for the advancement of the community.
