Demand St. Andrews be Opened and the road be accessible to All Residents of Rancho Solano!

St. Andrews has been blocked and during the recent fires in Sonoma and Napa, there was a possible evacuation that revealed the blocked roadway to be not available to evacuees. There is no good reason to have this street blocked and only a very few residents benefit from it's closure. St. Andrews should be open and accessible to All residents of Ranch Solano.
