Demand to have Angela Smith back as our director and to be treated as professional employees

We have been dedicated employees of RHD who continue to be committed to providing the best services to children and their families. Despite the hard work and dedication, RHD doesn't value us and continues to feel they can treat us without self worth or respect. RHD has decided to lay off Angela Smith who served them with 18 years of dedication and has done nothing but provide excellent leadership and generate profits for the STS program.

Now that the leadership is gone, the program is suffering and we are constantly being lied to and disrespected. There isn't anyone who knows anything about the STS program and the services that we deliver. The interim leadership has poor management skills and lacks professionalism. They are defaming the character of the former leader and making up things that are not true.

We, the dedicated STS staff, petition RHD to re-hire Angela Smith and to treat us with dignity and respect.
