Legalize Car Camping in every state, county, and city.

Homeless people who own a car need to be allowed to stay in their car at night and not be hassled and arrested or fined. There are many people in this position and having one place to store their possessions safely is their chance of getting a job and back into an home. FYI Walmarts are limited to one overnight parking a year. It's illegal in my own driveway to let a friend sleep in their car. Out of four neighboring cities in my area, only one allows car camping for up to 72 hours.
