Demand grandparents rights in all states

I live in Tennessee and because there are no grandparent rights I could not have my grand baby nor visit him. The parents lost there rights and I as a grandmother intervened only to have my petition dismissed not only without our permission but I was told I'm no longer that little boys grandmother... There should be grandparents rights in all states.
