Justice For Historic Institutional Child Abuse

Children taken from their families and put in Institutions under the Care and Protection of the State were Sexually-Physically and Mentally Abused and for all we know that could still be the case today. The FACT that this Abuse took place in the past was confirmed in 2004 when the Scottish Government Issued a Public Apology to all the Boys and Girls who were Abused whilst in Care--Experts from all over the World agree that an apology is only the begining the healing process but thats as far as Government are willing to go--for decades they have blocked calls for a Public Inquiry into this SHAME---and without one no one will accept accountability for what happened to these children while they were in Care--Please help us by signing this Petition Urging Government to call for a Public Inquiy into Historic Child Abuse--Thank You.
