People in prison are still humans

Inmates need physical contact also they have needs also. Just because they made mistakes doesnt mean they dont have needs. They are serving time for their mistakes but them not allow to have physical sexual contact only makes things worse in there not only for them but for ghe guards also. They need to be able to release there stress by having sexual contact with their partner. That would cut out alot of fighting in there.
