Pass HB391 to help Ohio Brewers

HB 391 would allow Ohio breweries to produce beer up to 21% ABV instead of the current cap of 12% ABV. This will be extremely helpful in allowing our local breweries to compete with breweries throughout the rest of the USA and the World. Under current OH law beer over 12% can not be sold in OH and HB 391 would allow beer up to 21%.
