Modifying Parenting Expense Adjustment for Child Support Purposes

This Petition supports passing Bill HF 2889 that allows courts to modify child support based upon parenting time and permits courts to establish parenting time orders to assist in calculating child support when no order exists. This Bill only grants or denies parenting time if the modification does not change the child's primary residence.
