Limit the Use of Genetic Engineering

Genetic engineering has the capability to dramatically affect the human race. If this process were fully legalized, people would have the potential ability to pick and choose desired traits in an offspring. We would like to impose a regulation preventing the use of genetic engineering on humans because of its potential to dramatically alter the human race.
