Flights / ferry from Macau for blue card holders

My petition is for blue card holder who’s want to go back from Macau to their home country.
I request to Macau government please open flights / ferry for blue card holder for those who want to go back From Macau to their home country Via Hongkong , Beijing, Bangkok phillipine, and Malaysia and etc
I also request to Macau government to help the blue card holder regarding getting visa of their transit country , because Of COVID-19 , all process is stoped.
