Get Tesco to donate waste food

A study shows that in the first 6 months of 2013 Tesco wasted over 30,000 tonnes of food. It's estimated that there are over 18 million people in the uk that struggle to afford decent housing, heating and FOOD. It's a fact that Tesco waste perfectly edible food every day, which is criminal considering the amount of people who could benefit from this. It's time for it to stop. Please sign this petition telling Tesco that they need to start donating their salvageable food to homeless shelters and waste food cafes.
