PASS a law to ALLOW Conjugal ViSits in ILLINOIS

There are tons of wives and husbands that have loved ones in IDOC. We are having to pay for our loved ones faults and or the broken justice system. You can’t tell me that’s fair. I cannot make love to my husband for 20 years because he has to take a plea for something he didn’t do just so he can get an out date. How is that fair? We want justice! Prison husband and wives.
