I demand answers to my environmental surroundings where I reside.

My so , g randaughter and myself moved into a three bedroom apartment on may2nd of 2019,
The apartment was disgustingly filthy, she charged us 1,450.00 for a security deposit, 1,450 for rent and 250.00 hauling fee. To this we've yet to get keys for both apartment and mailbox, there's a lot of issues going with tenants that rent from her.
Basically she's a slum landlord from India.
