We the residents living in the Brennan Road vicinity, object to the Wexford Station subdivision of 41 houses in the Township of Pine. We want the Boards of Planners and Supervisors to vote "NO" on the development of this land for the following reasons:
- Significant and dangerous increase in traffic (Manor Rd, Brennan Rd, 910)
- Disruption of wetlands, habitats, and animals
- Against the character of Pine Township (which states it is to preserve land and historical features.) Instead, Pine has nearly doubled the number of homes in 16 years.
- Water issues like flooding and contamination of wells due to steep terrain of site
- The addition of a detention pond and the ramifications of bacteria, mosquitos, potential viruses, standing water, and run off
- Increased noise level due to the valley being proven as a sound trap
- Creating a dangerous pedestrian crossing at the current Brennan and 910 intersection; and the overall movement of this intersection
- Movement of earth will release dangerous mold and fungal spores into the air with life threatening effect on immune-suppressed individuals
We the undersigned, call on the Board of Supervisors of Pine Township, Pa., to vote NO on the Brennan Road Development, LLC.
