Deny petitions to superpacs for fundraising

Petitions are a method for people to call attention to social ills. But the prlmary motive of superpacs is to gather contacts for fundraising. I do not want to be inodated with campaign materials just because the superpac made claims on behalf of a candidate that they are not legally representing.
