I present the motion for secretary of transportation Elaine L. Chao to immediately resign and abdicate all current responsibilities to one u/theraidparade immediately. On account of Sec. Chao, failing to fulfill her responsibilities as overseer of flying car creation, due to negligence and ineptetude.
