British votes on EU Referendum for British people Only exclude all non British citizens

Because it should be up to the British people only to chose weather we stay in Europe or not. If EU citizens have a say they would in my believe chose to stay in the EU for oblivious reasons

If Eu citizens of which there is over 1 million in Britain get a vote we lose no matter what.
