Putting drains at the cemetery for the water to flow through

Hi my name is marilou, and I'm speaking on behalf of my family and other family's on the issue of floods that is covering all the graves at the memeriol garden of lake Trafford.. for the past months I came to visit my nephew grave and I can't even put flowers due to the water covering everything u need a little raft to get through just joking but that what it feels like..i want the county to at least put drains so the water can go else where instead of sitting for long period of time..i understand the raining season but that can help the situation a bit..please help sign for the family and there love one's,Thank you
