Dog Park

We need an off leash area for dogs in a secure environment. That is what we wanted in our original plans for the HPP Park. If we look at Long Beach California, where there are 11 dog parks and where it works, we can make it happen here. Let's set an example and give our pets an environment where they can play and make friends. Where we follow the rules and take care for eachother. It is time for a change.
