Workers involved in various negotiations include railway workers, maritime workers, bus drivers, baggage handlers at the airport and more. Some 40,000 workers were cited to be on strike on June 21. Just like across the entire world, the United Kingdom is facing inflation the likes of which we haven't seen in 40 years. People are suffering and it's not acceptable. The economy exists to support people, not the other way around.
