My mom needs help fighting her case for justice and equality. She is the victim of a malicious prosecution because she would not take a plea deal from the DA. Chief Justice Linda Bell of the Las Vegas 8th district court was caught falsifying a complete fallacious transcript dated 03/19/19, to cover and conceal the unlawful reinstatement of her trial Judge Douglas Herndon on her case. Now the Chief Justice and her trial Judge is diligently trying to conceal their court room improprieties and exposing systemic failure and gross negligence and failures by the Henderson Police Department and the Temporary Protection Order court. My mom as well have a 5/29/18 transcripts where the prosecutor committed gross misconduct by advising the Judge and public defender he needed them to by time on her case. My mother had another transcripts date 05/09/18 where the Judge called my mom a murderer.That in itself is a collusion and warrants dismissal of her case.
My mom also has a completely fallious phone bill that was provided to her by her own public defender showing the Henderson Police department tampered with her cell bill to conceal systemic failure. My mother has proof the Temporary Protection Order court tried to forge her signature on her original TPO to conceal the fact she went to the TPO office two consecutive days in a roll. Moreover my mom applied for the TPO on 11/02. By law that TPO should have been in placed on 11/02 due to the face Mr. Zanders was a legally mental ill veteran man. A legal too thousand insanity hold should have been granted the same day. Why wasn't my mom TPO vaild?
Due to both agencies systemic failure to provide a equal protect of the law pursuant to the 14th amendment a veteran lost his life and my mom lost her freedom. Had either agencies followed the procedural law this tragic unfortunate incident would have never occurred. Now the HPD and the TPO is trying to conceal their systemic failure and neglects at the expense of my moms freedom. But we as a family beg to differ and orderly requesting that the public rally behind us in my moms quest for justice.
Further when Carrie and his Daughter called for a civil standby it constituted a precondition to there entry. They were instructed to stay at the front entrance until a civil standby officer arrived.
Mr. Zanders had a BAC 0.2875 and a gram of cocaine in his system at the time of his death according to the toxicology report. The Coroner's report revelaled he was non compliant with VA pshychotropic medicination.
Now she is being detained unlawfully at the state mental institution depriving her of her due process right to a fair trial.
