Remove Spring Travel as an Agent for Haj and Umrah for Botswana

Spring travel is the only travel agent that is allowed to issue haj and umrah visas. he has taken advantage of this. he books all his thigs with hassan panday from al jeem. but yet even though he takes off things from there package and does not offer it to us he is still more expensive.
The people that had previously booked with other agents were told to book with spring travel for they could no longer book with any one else.
he charged some of us 7000 pula per person, on top of the package price stating that the airlines increased the price for delayed bookings, other he told them that 7000 pula was a panelty fee charged by the embasy.
Please let us not make this happen to other hujaj
