Stop the abuse of power by Charleroi Water Authority!

When an organization has no oversite to their abuse of power and they can do as they wish without provocation This is wrong. When they cause emotional and economical hardship on hard working people with no sense of common decency This is absurd. If you have ever had a legitimate complaint as others have sign this petition. After speaking to both area Senatorial offices they mentioned numberous complants related to this Authority. People complaining of high water bills were told stop washing their cars or filling up pools. Others like myself were sent bills months after repairs that weren't needed and told if they don't pay they would shut off the water. One lady paid $500 to have her water turned back on but because her landlord owes other water bills they wouldn't turn her water on causing her to move. I'm personally sick of the strong armed tactics they use. They need to answer to someone... WE THE PEOPLE demand something be done.
