This petition is to enforce the noise ordinance for the city of east orange.

This petition is for the purpose of enforcing the noise ordinance, after 10pm there should be no music playing and when music is playing before 10pm it should be keep at a sensible tone. It should not sound like it is in your neighbor’s yard or house. Everyone should be considerate of their neighbor.
