STOP the PROPOSED Beaver Dam Road Round Abouts

This is to inform residents in the Lewes & Long Neck area of an important development in our area. There was a very important meeting at planning & zoning on 9-13 regarding traffic & a development on Beaver Dam Rd. Insight Homes plans to put 2 round abouts on Beaver Dam Rd about 2000 feet apart from each other. The purpose of these round abouts is for entrance & exit to their new Anchors Run development. One at Stockley Rd & another near Hopkins Rd. Beaver Dam Rd is a major road to Beebe Hospital & 5 points from this area including Long Neck. These 2 unnecessary round abouts will impede traffic to these locations. I sussgest The engineers need to concentrate on the intersection at Rt 9, Beaver Dam Rd and  Çoastal Highway. Abandon the round abouts on Beaver Dam Rd. Beaver Dam Rd will need a turning lane for left turns into Anchors Run & an acceleration lane for Anchors Run traffic  entering Beaver Dam Rd. This is similar to what they have done at Coastal Club. It seems to work well without impeding traffic.
