Reduce the UK Spouse Visa requirement of £18,600

The Government recently won the appeal to keep the Spouse visa financial requirement at £18,600 (earnings). This is a high threshold and therefore discriminates against those who earn less. Furthermore, third party support is not allowed, neither is any allowance given to the foreign spouses potential to work. The threshold should be reduced to a reasonable amount as many couples/families are being kept apart.
