Crashboat beach reconstruction

This is a small fishing village on Crash Boat beach Aguadilla PR.
Has been on this beach for more than 100 years. After hurricane Maria the fishing village was destroyed. We have asked the government and secretary of Agricultura. To give us the permit to re-open but has been denied. Lets help our fisherman keep it.
