Extension of Sidewalk around the Lake

There are many people that walk on this sidewalk around Lake Carylon.  The sidewalk however does not connect around the lake.  People have been climbing to the shoulder of NW Highway and being put in a dangerous position, facing oncoming traffic to cross back down to the other side of the lake to walk back on the sidewalk.
