Vancouver noon horn to blow at 7pm in support of health care and front line workers

There are 10 horns atop the Pan Pacific hotel .They are owned and operated by Vancouver Ports .Every day at noon these horns are blown as a reminder that it is lunch time.The hotel is along the water front in Vancouver.The sound can be heard for many miles i all directions.The notes are the same as the beginning of Canadas national anthem.
I would like to have the time of the horns to include 7pm daily.This would be in support of the health care workers , first responders.Shipping,trucking ,Ferry workers and all essential services that are risking there lives to keep everyone alive and supply all the many needs during the Corona19 Pandemic.It could also be used as a reminder to stay inside and maintain social distancing.These horns are unique to Vancouver and there are few devices that can match there effects.This could also be a moment where we all can take pause to support the families who have lost a loved one due to the virus.It would be simple to add the 7pm blowing of these horns. I dont beleave it would cost anything .
