Salem, Oregon, a person was standing outside enjoying a nice day, when they saw
a dog sitting by itself on the street, leaning against a curb. Then, a man wearing a red shirt walks up to the dog, grabs it, and proceeds to
punch the small animal in the head at least five times. The small animal cranes its neck and head away from the man as he holds it in his arm and pummels it, but to no avail.

The witness made sure to take a video to help police identify the abusive man, but unfortunately so far, they said they have not been able to determine his identity. However, authorities are actively investigating the situation and urge the public to share any relevant information.
If this man is punching a small dog outside in broad daylight where other people can see, then what horrendous things is he doing behind closed doors?
