Cows and cars are not more valuable than my best friend

Statue 33-3-106 of Colorado law states that bears or mountain lions cannot be destroyed when causing destruction to personal property including pets.
Said animals CAN be destroyed when necessary to prevent death or injury to livestock, human life, real property or motor vehicles.

This is a violation of our constitution rights. It does not allow for life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
I would like a repeal of this law. My dog part of my family and I should have the right to defend all of my family.
This is on a constitutional level!!!
