Demand to have a no-smoking band inside of Moose Lodge 1933.

The effects of first and second-hand smoke is detrimental to everyone.  Some of our members no longer come to our Lodge because of the smoke. Now that we have an outside bar and we are installing a facility outside the main bar in the Social Quarters, there will be plenty of ways for people to step outside if they need to smoke.
