Frank Michael Hornick II was connvicted to Life without parole at the age of 18 years old . before the law was ever effect  in the state of Georgia because of political gain, Frank Michael Hornick II has been in prison from the age of 18 years old  which has  now  been 22 years  for a crime that was not premeditated or intentional. We fell that he should be set free ,His family would like him to come home now.
