End Roger Williams Park Zoos Use of bullhooks on elephants

Rogers Williams Park Zoo located in providence RI, uses "bullhooks" an instrument with sharp metal tips to guide and control elephants. RI became the first state to ban this tool on traveling circuses but still uses it on the elephants at their zoo.

This tool leaves no marks but inflicts psychological pain and emotional trauma on elephants.
