4 Story Parking Structures Are Not Ferndale Normal.

Ferndale does not need a 4 story parking structure that will be subsidized by millions of taxpayer dollars and will disproportionately benefit downtown bar, restaurant and property owners. Council should rethink the size and necessity of any proposed structure and should publish proposed structure finances as well as publish a report detailing the need and benefits of any increased parking.
