We may all know someone that's been roofied. I expereinced being roofied when I was in my 20's in NYC. So as the founder of PLANT Botanical, I'm committed to providing a resealable lid to help prevent drink spiking at bars and venues. However, currenlty bars and venues do not need to carry brands with these types of lids.
If we join as a community to petition for a law that requires that bars and venues carry drink options with resealable lids and drug testing strips, we can help create safer options for ourselves, our children and our friends to not get roofied. With fentanyl being lethal, there's never been a more important time to help protect ourselves and our families.

We, the undersigned, call upon legislative bodies to enact a law mandating that all venues and bars must offer at least one drink option with a safer sip lid and include drug strip tests in their establishments. This initiative aims to prioritize the safety and well-being of patrons when they go out to socialize. There is a similar Assembly Bill 1013 waiitng to come into effect in California, link here.
